Price slider broken & unable to deselect categories (grayed out)

  • Price range slider appears to be broken after recent WordPress & Woocommerce updates…

    Price range appears as ￡2 – ￡32465 which makes it difficult to set a price range due to the increments when dragging the slider. ￡32465 is a very large number and we offer no products for sale with a value exceeding ￡200. We need this slider to have a max value of ￡200.

    I believe previously the price range selector began at ￡2 and ended with price of most expensive product in the woo database which makes sense, although this no longer appears to be the case…?

    Also noticed that it is no longer possible to change category filter selection when viewing product categories. IE, browse to category of “Wine”, and you can no longer deselect the Wine checkbox as it is grayed out. If we update the category filter settings in an attempt compliment this new system by selecting “On taxonomy archive, show only children of current term” no children are shown for the category. IE if we browse to “Wine” the child categories of “Red Wine” and “White Wine” etc are not displayed under the category filter.

    Please investigate and advise on steps to rectify the above issues.

    Yes, by default the highest price would be the most expensive product you’ve published, if you’re sure you don’t have any product above 200, please contact us via email at [email protected], so we can investigate this issue further on your site.
