Price Structures not saving

    Hi,

    I am trying to set up price structures using GAMP in the Venues section, however when I click ‘Done Editing’ and Publish after setting up the venue information and GAMP structure, the structure disappears after the page re-loads when publishing. (i.e. the price structures are not being saved). Please can you assist?

    *Fresh install of WordPress, WooCommerce, OpenTickets and GAMP
    *GAMP activated correctly
    *Previous experience of OpenTickets and GAMP

    @degers This is very likely due to outdated PHP on your hosting account. Check under ‘WooCommerce -> System Status’. Under PHP and MySQL, if those are not up to WooCommerce specs, this can result.

    Get your host to update PHP and it will work.
