PRICE UPDATE PROBLEM

I understand that you are looking to perform bulk price updates in your WooCommerce store and would like these price changes to reflect on your Facebook store as well.

Unfortunately, at the moment, WooCommerce does not have a built-in feature to perform bulk price updates by percentage or a fixed amount. Hence, can you please share with us how are you doing this on your site so that we could check this further? If you could also share with us the step-by-step procedure you did as well.

Meanwhile, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

The problem is that our prices are constantly increasing and decreasing. I can handle this with a plugin in woocommerce. I can add or decrease the price of all products. but I can’t interfere with facebook price. The result remains the same price. In order to send the price to our catalog, we enter the Facebook price in the product separately. I can increase or decrease the woocommerce discounted price and sales price with one click. but facebook price remains the same. the result is the price in my facebook store catalog does not change.

I hope the screenshots help. The facebook catalog needs to get the prices from the voocommerce sales price and the discounted price. Entering a price in a different place is ridiculous and time consuming.

I understand that you are inputting a separate price to the Facebook Price field, however, it is not changing when the product price changes, correct?

This is because the Facebook Price field is used when you set a different price for the product to be shown on Facebook. The price will be different compared to the one shown on your WooCommerce store.

Can you please remove the value on the Facebook Price field and see if this resolves the issue?

When I remove the price entered for facebook, it is not updated in the catalog and does not appear in the store because there is no facebook product price. Thanks.

To get an idea of how your site is configured, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via ‘WooCommerce > Status’. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
