    Hello,

I recently noticed that none of my variable products show the selected price unless the option is unselected and reselected.

For example for this desk: https://nileon.com/product/efloat-go-2-humanscale-standing-desk/ If I choose the 23″ X 46″ it displays $899 but if I click on the next top size 29″ X 58″, the price will stay the same instead of $980. I have to double click or deselect and reselect to see the correct price which confuses my customers. I know this functionality works because of my other website but not here.

Your help is very much appreciated.

  • Hi @alandesk

I recently noticed that none of my variable products show the selected price unless the option is unselected and reselected.

For example for this desk: https://nileon.com/product/efloat-go-2-humanscale-standing-desk/ If I choose the 23″ X 46″ it displays $899 but if I click on the next top size 29″ X 58″, the price will stay the same instead of $980. From what I understand, you’re having trouble with price variations on your WooCommerce site. More specifically, the issue seems to be that when you select a different price option for a variable product, the price doesn’t update right away. Instead, you have to deselect and select the option again for the correct price to show.

Here’s what you can do to try and fix this:

    1. Update your WooCommerce Plugin: Keeping your WooCommerce plugin updated can prevent many unexpected problems. Make sure you’re using the latest version.
    2. Clear your cache: Display issues can sometimes be caused by browser or site cache. Try clearing your browser cache or, if you use a caching plugin on your site, clear that cache.
    3. Review your variable product settings: Check that you’ve set a price for each variation in WooCommerce > Products > Your Product > Variations. Here’s a quick guide on ?? Variable Product.
    4. Look for theme or plugin conflicts: Conflicts between your theme or other plugins can disrupt WooCommerce’s functionality. To check for this, switch to a default WordPress theme (like Storefront) and disable all other plugins except WooCommerce. If the problem goes away, then your theme or one of the plugins is likely causing the issue. You can then reactivate them one by one to find the source of the conflict. Here’s a handy guide on how to test for conflicts: ?? How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, we’ll need more information. Please let us know about any recent changes to your website, any error messages you’ve received, or any other observations that might help us understand the problem better.

Additionally, sharing your site’s System Status report will give us a better understanding of your site’s setup and help us identify the problem. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

If there are any fatal error logs, please share those too. You can find them under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Once you’ve gathered this information, please paste it inside a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com to paste it and share the link with us.

Thanks for your patience and cooperation in this matter! We’re here to help you get this sorted.
