Price with taxes (geolocate)

    Hi:

    I’ve a woocommerce store with wpml and 3 languages.
    Because i sell to different countries with different taxes being calculated on the fly, geolocate is active in woocommerce.

    Is it possible with ctx to create a feed with taxes correctly applied?
    If this is of any help, we sell from Portugal to Austria and Germany (feed is only to austria and germany)

    Thanks for reaching us.

    Our plugin can pull price and other tax-related information directly from the products. So, if the TAX gets added to the products on the fly based on location, then our plugin won’t be able to pull that information in the feed.
    To get the tax information in the feed, it’s mandatory to configure Tax rates in WooCommerece, which you can find at WooCommerece > Settings > Tax – Screenshot

    Besides, WPML is not compatible with the free version of our plugin. So, you won’t be able to create translated feeds while using WPML for product translation.

    In fact, all taxes are correctly set in WooCommerece > Settings > Tax and is geolocate that assign price to it according to the country from which it is accessed.

    I read this article of yours and i’m wondering if it is udpaded or not as it clearly states that ctx won’t work if geolocate is active:

    I have other plugin that is not doing this (price is wrong in merchant, because has the default language 1 price instead of having price of language 3 that is corresponding to the country i’m adding feed to), so i don’t mind to pay for premium version.

    To be as clear as possible, this is my workflow:
    Languages: PT (default) / EN / DE
    Merchant Feed i need to create: Only DE for Austria and Germany.

    Hi @dansanoli

    If you are selling in 3 different countries, you would need to upload supplementary feeds for each country. While creating a feed, you will get the option to choose a country that will pull the tax and shipping information in the feed for that specific country.

    However, the free version doesn’t support WPML. So, if you have more queries about WPML, please, reach us from here.
