price_excluding_tax

  • Hello,
    Into Pdf invoice I have a problem with items prices.
    There is no tax exclusion on the item price.
    For example I have an item with price 122.00€, quantity 1 and total price equal to 122,00€: it is wrong because should be, for quantity = 1, price 100,00€ and total price 122,00€.
    How can I fix the problem into Pdf file? To note that into order details, the prices are correct.

  • Hi @erikalog90,

    The print invoice displays the prices in the same way as WooCommerce. We get the order details from the WooCommerce to display them on the invoice.

    You can do a work-around. In the WooCommerce > Settings > Tax, set the ‘Prices entered with tax’ to ‘Yes, I will enter prices inclusive of tax’. And set the options ‘Display prices in the shop’ and ‘Display prices during cart and checkout’ to ‘Excluding Tax’.
