• I’m exploring the ‘Prices And Currencies By Country’ functionality within Booster.

In the settings screen, you have to create Groups, and associate each Group with a currency.

    What’s the point of this?

Does this mean that I have to create a Group for every country that I want to provide a price for?

  • I have used this feature for around 2 years, so have some experience with it, the short answer is – yes.

However, we focus on 6 main markets, GBP is the base currency which makes up 70% of sales the rest is split between:
    – EUR
    – USD
    – CAD
    – AUD
    – NZD
    – BRL

The only reason we supply pricing in these currencies is due to the need to control the cost of pricing within those territories.

So groups, are mainly focused on these currencies – my advance, pick the biggest market for your products and start there, this will also normally tie in with Google PPC i.e you need to supply feeds in those currencies.

For all other countries, your base currency will be displayed.
