prices and tax locations

    As you can see the prices and add to cart button are at the bottom of each products listing page. Is there any way to move this to the top next to the gallery?

    Also onthe checkout page it calculates tax dirdctly under shipping rates. Can I move this down to the bottom under review and purchase so it shows subtotal, tax, shipping and then the total? Anyone can help with this?
