I have another issue just seeing it today. when I click on a single product I saw my prices are far away from my title of the product and it seems looking really bad. Hi @andi99

This is a theme or your customization specific issue. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

I hope that helps! Let me know once you have done a conflict test!

    Hi @andi99,

Thanks for getting back to us. To confirm, were you able to disable all active plugins, only leaving WooCommerce and the theme switched to a default theme?

If you already did, which theme did you use, and can you please share a screenshot on how it looked?

I wanted to switch the theme but it would delete all my content as the twenty four theme says because I delete all the themes except the one I use.

    Hi @andi99

I understand your concern about losing your content when switching themes. However, please be assured that your content, such as posts, pages, products, etc., will not be lost when you switch themes. It is stored in your WordPress database and is theme-independent.

What may change are theme-specific settings, widgets, and customizations. These are not transferred between themes as they often have their own unique features and settings. Therefore, you may need to reconfigure some settings after switching back to your original theme.

For this reason, it’s always a good idea to take a backup of your site before making such changes. This way, if something goes wrong, you can restore your site to its previous state.

Once you have taken a backup, please proceed with the conflict test as advised. This will help us identify whether the issue is with your theme or a specific plugin.

I hope this provides some clarity! Let me know once you have done a conflict test!
