    Hello Team,

    I am very interested in getting the Prices & Credits package however I have a few concerns.

    When my customer purchases credit package via the woocommerce payment gateway, will the credits be automatically credited into their account after successful payment?

    And also, can I set an xxx amount of days for cancellation, if they cancel before the cancellation policy, credit will automatically be refunded?

    Hello Joel,

    Yes,

    • the Booking Pass is credited as soon as the order reaches the “Complete” status.
    • you can set an xxx amount of days for cancellation in Booking Activities > Settings > Cancellation tab > “Changes are allowed for bookings starting in at least”.
    • Booking Passes can be automatically refunded, for that, the customer needs to cancel the booking, and then Ask for a refund. Check the “Booking Pass” box in Booking Activities > Settings > Cancellation tab > “Possible actions customers can take to be refunded”.

    You can purchase the Prices and Credits add-on and request a refund up to 1 month after the purchase date if it doesn’t meet your needs. You can also try the demo site.
