Prices hidden after update

Thank you for using PPOM and for reaching out to us!

These problems do not appear normally when configuring an instance and using PPOM so that makes me think that it could be related to some plugins that you have installed. I have also tried updating the plugin to see if this will break something, but no problems occurred here either.

Could you try and follow the steps described here so we can see if this is related to a plugin conflict?

I tried that but the error accours direct when I only have PPOM active.

• what meta fields are you using?
• screenshots of how you configured them
• how did you set the Control price display on product page?– https://vertis.d.pr/i/On6duA
• PPOM and PHP versions

We have it set to “Show each Options Price”

PPOM version 32.0.26 and PHP version 8.1.29

I checked all the resources you shared and tried to replicate the behavior, but didn’t manage to obtain the same results.

For the addon price you mentioned, I can see in your screenshots that it is not configured – https://prnt.sc/qD_a9lpn1J3q.

Can you please update to the latest version and let us know if the issue persists?

If so, we will need more details about how you configured the product page?

@andreearadacina21, I have updated the plugin but still have the same issue.

Can you please try using other inputs with add-on prices and even a select input with a cost per option? This will help us understand if the issue comes from the text input and is only related to the add-on price.

I have tried both select and checkbox alternative and I have the same problem. It show the right price on the product page but in the cart all addon prices doesn’t add up.
