  • Hi WillieJan,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with prices of your products.

Could you copy/paste the debug.log URL? It will help us understand how you have configured your product feed(s). Instructions on how to retrieve the debug file can be found here: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

Please also provide me with the product IDs of products for which you believe things go wrong.

    All the best,
    Eva

    Good morning,
Here is the url for debug?
    https://williejan.com/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/logs/debug.log

    feed price € 67.46
    website price? € 43.00

    <g:id>41602000</g:id>??
    feed price € 40.46
    website price € 33.00

    <g:id>28050000</g:id>?
    feed price € 40.46
    website price € 28.00

If there any more questions please let me know and thanks in advance for youre help.

    Hi WillieJan,

Thanks for sending over the debug.log.

I had a look at this product:
    https://williejan.com/product/williejan-bad-doucherekje-42603-2-niveaus-hoekbevestiging-aluminium-zwart/?dTribesID=9dc29b1c78d0ae39ebb55c28417cb3f0|adtribes|238154&utm_source=Google%20Shopping&utm_campaign=googleshopping&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=238154&utm_content=UA-110886450-1

On your website it has a price of 43 euro’s. In the feed it has a price of 67.46 euro. The difference is rather big and cannot be explained by a BTW difference. I did however notice that you are using some sort of staffel-plugin that’s making changes to the product pricing. My guess is that this plugin might be causing the issue at hand.

What is filled in in the regular price field on the product edit page for the above product?

    All the best,
    Eva

    Hello Eva,
I did turn off that plugin (that I use already many years) and than made a new feed. The result was same in youre feed with wrong prices. And I read here I am not the only one with this problem. Amd by the way I also use easyadds.eu for other feeds and there is not this problem. Please fix the bugs in youre plugin and not blame other plugins.
    Have a nice weekend!

And ofcourse the regular price we filled in was € 43 for this product. There is nothing other plugins do abouth what I put in offial wordpress fields

    Hi,

Thanks for your reply. First off, we are of course not blaiming others, we are trying to understand what is happening and trying to help you out here. Apologies if you thought we did.

Yes, some others have issues with pricing too and many of those are related to VAT issues or other plugins that do effect WooCommerce prices.

Would you be so kind as to map the price field to the “system price” attribute (or one of the variants of it) to see if that fixes the issue at hand?

    All the best,
    Eva

    hello Eva,

I did what you asked but it still same.

What I tryed is to copy the feed to a new one and let the new one prepare a new feed. And amazing than I got a feed whit the right prices.

So I think the problem is to renew (overwrite when have changes) the feed, that it will not be overwritten for some reason. I am scared that when have changes in products or prices we will have the same problem.

Do you have any idea why that is?

    Thank you!

    Hi bathweb,

Honestly that sounds like a caching issue.

Are you using a caching plugin? If so it most-likely caches the product feed. Every time you make a change to your feed it won’t show because caching serves the old feed.

Also, sometimes your browser is caching the feed so just to make sure: clear the cache of your browser before updating the feed.

    Hope this helps!

    All the best,
    Eva

    Hello Eva,

The feed still looks good. I will watch the feed next weeks what it doing and than time will teach if it is a cache matter.

I see you work hard for the plugin and the many updates. We are very thankfull for that.

    Thank you for youre support.
