I have no idea why this is happening but the price that is in the feed (and therefore the price in merchant center) is wrong! Up until today I have had not had this problem; been using the plugin for some time now.

In the field mapping I have the price set to use the “Price” field. This is the same as it’s been set to since I first started using it.

They are all close–but some are too high and some are too low. Like the price will be 3.50 but in the feed it’s 3.95. Happening on both simple and variable products.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the prices in your feed.

I tried opening your feed URL in a browser, however it returns a 403 permission error so we do not seem to have permissions to open your feed. This means that Google probably also cannot open your feed to get the data from it. Can you please open it up?

Also, can you provide us with the plugin debug.log URL so we can tell how you have configured your feed? This is how you can retrieve the debug.log URL: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

The xml link should be working again.

My host doesn’t allow access to any .log file by URL. I copied and pasted it here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1NGVkQpoMRYLwMgTtrI8h6qSzDf37wO69KZHKlgWc34o/edit?usp=sharing

After digging deeper, I’ve found that feed hadn’t refreshed in months. I ended up having to create a new feed from scratch: https://charmcat.net/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/xml/Rri5Vmnhd76wZA1NBuBRpUeiIMIGmcrd.xml New feed has the same issue where the prices are wrong.

Both your XML feed URL’s are still providing a 403 error page. I do not seem to have proper permissions to open them.

httpstatus checker shows a 200 response, and google merchant center says it was last read successfully Nov 23, 2023 at 05:00. What country are you in? I have some countries blocked because I don’t sell there.

    Hi,

Thanks for this. The XML is working now indeed. Your debug.log file unfortunately seems password protected, I cannot open it?

My host doesn’t allow access to any .log file by URL. The only way to see the most current .log file is by FTP. I can set up a login or I can download the most recent one myself and share a link to that static file.

Can you please grab the debug.log file from your server yourselves and share it with us using a fileshare program such as wetransfer?

So I figured it out! At some point I guess the default mapping for g:price started including sales tax. I changed it from just “Price” to “Price excl VAT” and now the prices are correct.
