    Hello,
the last week I’ve updated my woocommerce website to the last version available, after the upgrade I’ve lost _regular_price and _price meta keys from a lot of products listed on it.

I’ve tried to disable all the plugins, switch to the default wordpress theme and tried to add it manually to a test product, the result is that I can’t manage prices for the products that doesn’t have these meta keys in the db table (wp_postmeta), also I’ve tried to create new products but the fields related to the product cpt aren’t available, I can’t save prices and also SKU.

Can you suggest me a solution or try to help me to understand what happened to my site?

With only WooCommerce plugin active, and a default WordPress, these meta keys are not created when you create a new simple product? That seems pretty unlikely. But if that’s the case, I would recommend re-installing the WooCommerce plugin with a freshly downloaded copy.

yes the case is exactly the one described by you.
How can I re-install completely the woocommerce plugin without loosing my products?

    thank you,

You can set the site into maintenance mode via a plugin. Then with FTP you can delete and re-upload a freshly downloaded copy. This will at least help ensure there aren’t any corrupted files.

But this issue does sound quite strange, and I’m still not too sure there isn’t another plugin causing a conflict.

    Hello Caleb,
I’ve already did that, maintanance mode, disabled all the plugins, switched the site to the default theme and tried to edit/add product price but it doesn’t work.

Also I’ve already deleted the copy of the woocommerce plugin that was running on the site and installed it again from the repository but it doesn’t work, I can’t add the prices to the products and the meta keys are disappeared into the db.

If there is a way to safe share with you the credentials of the site, I can do that.

    Let me know,
    Giorgio

Can’t really do in-depth support like that in the forum environment. If you are a customer on WooCommerce.com though, we can help further there: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/tickets/
