Prices missing in admin

    Hi all,
    I imported a client’s product database into woocommerce, mapped the fields, and everything worked fine. But there’s one issue I cannot seem to figure out. The prices are missing in the admin area. They show up on the frontend, but the price field in the admin is blank. If I add a price and update the product, the price updates on the frontend and stays in the field in the admin. I’m trying to figure out what I need to do to get the prices to appear in the admin without manually going through all 2000 of them. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. And if I can provide further details or versioning, please let me know.

    Hi @plop_suey –

    When you go to the Products page, please click the button at the top right that says Screen Options. From there, please ensure that “Price” is ticked.

    Thanks for the reply but Im talking about the “Regular Price’ field being blank on the single product admin page. Prices show up on the front end even though the field is blank in the admin.

    Hi @plop_suey – thanks for clarifying. It almost sounds like there might be a plugin conflict interfering with the import. That’s definitely not typical behavior.

    Could I ask you to try temporarily disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and then try the import again?

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this thread as resolved. As mentioned, that definitely sounds like a conflict, so hopefully that conflict testing narrowed down what was causing the issue.
