    Hi,
Im getting my new store up and running and hope to go live in the next few days.
I have just started adding the shipping info but have already noticed that the shipping cost doesn’t go up with extra product’s added.
Its probably something simple that Ive missed (I hope)
So I add a 500gram item to cart (all weights and dimentions added) and its shipping at $10.55 but if I add 3 of the same items the shipping stays at $10.55
    This cant be right.
    I hope Im making sense.
    Thanks
    Andrew

    Hello @5starqld

Yes, that should be ok depending on the postcodes and the weight range. Please, checkout the official Australia Post calculator, https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/ and compare the plugin prices with it. Please, let me know if there are any difference.

    Best Regards,
    Waseem

OK I think Ive got it, these prices must be for self packaged and not the post packs Ive been using and expected the plugin to use, since the linked calculator is the same result.
    Is this correct?
    Thanks
    Andrew
PS, would upgrading to pro vers give the option of post packs and sign on delivery?

    Hello Andrew,
Yes, upgrading to Pro would allow you to use the prepaid satchels and Sign on Delivery features.
This plugin only supports self-packed packages.

Please, let me know if you have any further questions.

    Best Regards,
    Waseem
