Prices vanish and “product out of stock and unavailable” message

I am really stuck here and reaching out to all that can help me in this matter.
Have searched all over various forums and found several solutions I have tried, but not working.My site has around 4000+ products and all has been working like a charm.
All products are set in Woo to be able to back-order, so if product is in stock or not in stock it can be ordered. This has worked fine for a long time.
This week I noticed that suddenly products get the following message:
“Product is out of stock and unavailable”
This is not happening on all products, but a lot.
When I enter Woo back-office and just press “update” on the product all is good again, but after a few days the issue happens again and product can not be ordered.
Have tried to disable plugins, add snippets to functions.php in the theme etc etc.
But issue persist and I am getting “desperate” to get this fixed, I am stuck.
Can someone help me?

I’m wondering whether caching is playing a role here – Do you have any caching plugins installed? Can you share a copy of your status report as found under **WooCommerce > Status**?

I have WP Rocket caching, no difference when disable.
Notice that prices disappear from product overview inside Woo back-office, when just press update prices are back.
It seems to be a bug either in Woo or Theme, most likely Woo since it does not help to change Theme.

My issue was WP Rocket caching plugin that broke everything, all worked before but after their update to version 3.7.5 the issue broke my site.
So now I using PLESK PRO wordpress admin tool and have activated NGINX caching and using the FLATSOME theme own performance features.
Site works like a charm again.
So if you have the same issue, WP Rocket might be the reason.
Disable WP Rocket, update all products and see if the error reoccurs after a few days.
If not, solution is to delete WP Rocket.
If reoccurs, you have a different bug ??
