Thanks for reaching us again.

To add tax with the product price, Please, follow the instructions on –
How to Configure TAX/VAT for Google Merchant Center?

Following the above instructions, you will be able to create a feed that will include tax with the price. Once the feed is created, delete the existing products from GMC and then click on the Fetch Data button once again.(Make sure you have updated the same feed on your site)
