Pricing Difference in Product Page and Cart Page

Dear WooCommerce Experts,

I have a question. On my product page, the pricing for this product is $1609 CAD:

However, after clicking “Add to cart”, the pricing of the same product is lightly different, $1617 CAD: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1JgVc24H4tqqg7LzxeU12X4LSgcOXNrY3/view?usp=sharing

What could possibly be the issue of this $8 difference?
