• I’m listing my product for $125. I have a plugin that discounts the product to $99 (basically putting it on sale, but not through the product data). However, on the facebook catalog, it’s still $125.

Do plugins simply not work to get the correct price on facebook? Or is there a work around?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I know I can override the price in the custom facebook price, but that make it’s “undynamic” so I can’t change SALE prices. Thank you.

    Hi @harikjr88

It’s difficult to say if another dev’s plugin will work with our Facebook integration.

I’d recommend reaching out to the developer of the plugin you are using to see if they can add compatibility.

Otherwise, you will want to use the core functionality to make a product on sale.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
