Pricing Table not working in text widget

When I insert the shortcode from a pricing table into a regular page it works great!

However when that same shortcode is placed in my homepage widget, it does not work. Please look at the left homepage widget called “tuning”.
Can you help me understand why it is not working. Is it my theme or is this plugin not meant to be used in a widget?
