Pricing Table Stopped Working

I have been using and loving the pricing table function of this plugin for a long time. However, recently the pricing table on one of my pages stopped working. Instead of having one three column table like I previously had, now I have 3 separate 1 column tables. I tried re installing the plugin, but that did not work.
Anyone know how to fix this?
