Background: I have Cloudflare setup with my website, and read/write permissions allowed, Printful was syncing previously a few months ago but is no longer syncing, in this time I have not added any new plugins and I have reached out to Printful but they have been unable to help directly, I have also tested by removing all of my plugins and theme but this did not resolve the issue.

Please help me identify the issue and resolve.

    Thanks in advance.

  • Hey, as you already contacted our Customer Support then I won’t be able to help you much here. Our Support team has the tools and skills to troubleshoot problems but this looks like an issue with your WooCommerce store or the website itself as your error message states “Invalid response from your WooCommerce store. Please make sure your site is working and no plugins are blocking WooCommerce API access.”. Hopefully, someone else will be able to help you here or you can try other WooCommerce forums.

Wish you all of the best!

    Kevin,

I had the same issue. Go into your Printful store settings and make sure the store url is your main wordpress installation (https://whatever.com, not https://whatever.com/shop) – that was what was causing the problem for me
