primary blog with jetpack doesn't work

I’m desperately trying to change my primary wordpress.com blog.
I want to switch from the old wordpress-hosted (https://danielebailo.wordpress.com/)
to the new self-hosted (www.danielebailo.it).

In this latter website I’ve jetpack installed and apparently properly connected.
However in the wordpress dashboard (https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=visible)
it is not listed among those which can be set as primary blogs.

My issue is that when a mobile-user click on the gravatar associated to comments I post on other’s people blog, he/she is redirected to my old wordpress-hosted website…
Is there a way to redirect the user to my NEW self-hosted blog?

A workaround solution would be fine, as long as it works…
