Primary menu in home page not present in mobiles and tablets

    Hi,
    I am desperately trying to fix an error I have since July. When on my homepage from mobiles and tablets, the primary menu doesn’t open and it is impossible to navigate through the sites. From pc all works fine, the problem is only on mobiles and tablets.

    How can I fix this issue?

    Hello,

    Seems like there is a javascript error on your site. Could you please try disabling any additional plugins that you have used? Try to update them if any updates are available.

    Thanks for your answer.
    All plugins are updated. I have tried disabling one by one but still get the same problem.
    Also, in order to check any javascript error on my page, by doing {F12} and checking the console tab, I see this message:

    Audit usage of navigator.userAgent, navigator.appVersion, and navigator.platform
