Primary sidebar issue

Image Widget works fine for me in Secondary sidebar, but I tried to place another image on the Primary (left) sidebar with image widget. Didn’t work. I use Safari on Mac. I have latest update, settings seem OK, looked on forum for similar problems. Any help appreciated. Site: worldpeacesolutions.net
