    Hi,
    Nothing seems to be working.
    I’m trying to migrate a sub-site to another Azure multi-site sub site. Firstly the site failed not export fully but I found the .wprime file through site files. I’ve tried the FTP but once the file is uploaded to either import or export folders for the subsite they do not show in the packages page when I refresh.
    I need this done for a school project so urgently but it’s not happening.

    Hi Laurence,
    Thanks for using Prime Mover! First, if the package does not appear on the package manager – it appears corrupted. It cannot be restored since it is incomplete.
    Can you please do an export again on the source site and make sure it completes? Once you see Export done or Export completed – try doing a restore again using FTP method and it should appear in the package manager.
    If you have problems re-creating the package or it still does not complete, please send us a bug report via WordPress admin/network admin using Prime Mover -> Contact Us and fill-in all the required for us to troubleshoot this issue. Alternatively, you can use this contact form.

    Hello Laurence,
    Sure thanks – we will check this one as soon as we have all the required info. In the report, please specify the source site and the target site (including source and target blog Ids if applicable) so we can check on it as well. Thanks again ??
