    Hello team,

We liked your sliders and we would like to have them on our website
we are using Elementor & Elementor Pro latest version with the woodmart theme latest version

Yet we are facing a conflict and the page doesn’t load the elements unless we disable prime slider

We did the test with just those plugins activated and yet still same issue
here are the errors in the console

    Dear @bowbow7,

We understand that you’re facing a conflict between the Prime Slider plugin and your current setup with Elementor Pro and the Woodmart theme. We’ve reviewed the console errors you shared and are eager to help resolve this issue.

Here are a few steps we can try to address the conflict:

    1. Check for Plugin and Theme Compatibility:
      • We recommend ensuring that all your plugins, themes, and WordPress core are updated to their latest versions. Sometimes, conflicts arise due to outdated files.
    2. Clear Caches:
      • Please clear your browser cache, any server cache (if applicable), and any caching plugins you might be using. Caching can sometimes prevent changes from taking effect.
    3. Test with a Default Theme:
      • Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-One) to see if the issue persists. This will help us determine if the conflict is theme-related.
    4. Disable Other Plugins:
      • You’ve already tested with only Elementor, Elementor Pro, and Prime Slider enabled. Could you also try disabling all other plugins except these to ensure no other plugins are causing conflicts?
    5. Enable Debugging:
      • If the issue persists, we recommend enabling WordPress debugging to capture more detailed error messages. This can give us more insight into what’s causing the problem.
    6. Provide Access:
      • If you’re comfortable, you could grant us temporary access to your staging environment so we can investigate further.

Please let us know if you’re able to try these steps or if you would prefer us to assist directly. We’re committed to resolving this issue for you as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your patience, and we appreciate your continued trust in our products.

    Have a great time!

    Hello Team,
Thank you for the help but I already know that it is a conflict between Woodmart theme and prime slider

I used taste wp to create a quick test enviroment
I installed Elementor, Elementor Pro, Woodmart theme, and Prime slider only
    no caching at all
if I switch to a default theme it will work
but I am using Woodmart and Elementor, Elementor Pro work fine with woodmart
just when I enable Prime slider all get messed up and conflicts shows with error in console.

Please feel free to do the same steps I provide and you will see the issues.

    Regards,

    Hello @bowbow7,

Thanks for your kind patience & we are sorry about waste your valuable time.
Actually, there is nothing to worry about.
The problems occurs because of compatibility about latest version of swiper. Elementor team completly removed old swiper support.
We already updated our system and will release a newer version today. Then please take an update & wish the issue will be solve.

And then if you face any issues, please let us know.

    Thanks.
