Print Addresses from Shipping Multiple Addresses Add-on using JetPack

What code do I need to place and where do I need to place it in order to get the Woocommerce ‘Shipping Multiple Addresses’ plugin to pass on all of the addresses to the Invoice created by Woocommerce Jetpack (Booster). I really need each line item to show the respective address that it was shipped to but I’m not sure how to accomplish that. Thanks in advance for your help.
