Hello all, I am looking for an easy way to get functionality of having a button on the orders admin in Woocommerce to print just certain pieces of data of the order like variations (colors, size, etc.) I need just certain pieces to then send to a vendor to make other parts of the product and only need to give them a few pieces of data. I thought of having a hidden form that populates (not sure if that could be done)? Ideally would like to have this button extract and populate a PDF perhaps that would be both printable and email (wishful thinking). If anybody knows of something or could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it!

  • Hi @steadicam!

I did spot research and couldn’t find any plugin that fulfills your needs exactly. You can still achieve it through custom coding, though. I am leaving this thread open for a bit to see if anyone can chime in to help you out.

For additional assistance on this topic, we recommend getting in touch with one of the customization experts listed on the WooCommerce Customizations Page.

Also, if you are into coding, you can visit the WooCommerce Facebook group or the #developers channel of the WooCommerce Community Slack, you could find help from the community of open-source developers for WooCommerce that hangs in there.

    Cheers!
