Print content duplicating

  • Having issues with content duplicating once Print Notes is selected. How do I fix this?

    the shortcode is being placed twice on the same page with the same id.
    not sure how that happened, but you might want to find some technical assurance as this is beyond the scope of support for our plugin.

    I checked with the theme maker and they have no idea it’s a 3rd party app. Can you please give me more input than you don’t know? I have 2 other shortcode apps that don’t do this.
