    First, I have tried to contact https://supsystic.com/contact-us/ on multiple occasions with no luck. Is there anyone at the helm?

    The print feature is not working on the link I gave in Chrome. In addition I am looking not just to fix this but hire help to customize the print output

    Any chance of a response?

    This is the ticket number, and I replied to it at least once. But the project was on hold and now I am meeting with the Red Cross in a few hours to discuss the print options. I will do another ticket.

    Here is the latest support ticket. Also, I had sent a contact form through for wanting to hire someone to help with a special printout of the tables we are working with.

    I know one thing, I will never use this or any other plugin again. Not one reply, not here, not your support. Nothing. Very disappointed and this is no way to run a business or have plugins for WordPress.

    Hello, I have finally gotten a response to the issue via an email announcement, so one of the issues was fixed by turning off the cache.

    Now I am just working to find someone to help build a custom plugin to work with the print layout.
