Print file not editable

hi,
the site of my client has you plugin in free version installed, now my client wants to see the insights of her recipes so I need to buy the pro version, but before I would like:
1) to be sure that the plugin will works correctly on the site because I already had some problems about the compatibility between the plugin and my theme. In fact, it’s not the first time I contact you about an issue (before I can’t even see the recipe in the post after completed the regular form to creare a recipe, but you helped me and solved the issue putting some code in the file function.php of my site)
2) TO SOLVE THE the print file ISSUE: in fact the print file of the recipe post is not editable, I mean users can’t choose to print the recipe with or without any section (they have to print it all), one of your colleague told me that is a problem of the javascript inline in my site and to contact the assistance of my hosting provider but they told me that “javascript scripts are interpreted by your browser and not by the server. The anomaly is therefore to be found on the code side and not on the server.” So now I’m here to ask you if someone Can please help me with that issue of the printable file of the recipe. Also because I need to buy the PRO Version of the plugin, so I have to choose if I need to change between your recipe plugin or try another one (but I wouldn’t like to change because my client loves your recipe style)
