Print Forms before submitting..

Hi,
I work with a Calculation Form Plugin (ez Form Calculator).
Wholesaler can fill out that form and send per email.
I want them to be able to print that FILLED form before they Submit it but
if i click on the button there are only a few information on the PDF and not what i filled out ?? How can i achieve that all information get on the PDF?
