Print Friendly Icon on Right not working

I’ve just installed the print friendly plugin with the intention of providing the ability to print most PAGES on my website.
I’ve worked out how to add the code to prevent the icon from showing on selected pages …thanks for that.

I specifically want the print icon to appear in the top right hand corner of my web pages. I’ve selected those setting for the plugin but the icons keep appearing on the top left hand side.

I’ve tried choosing Left Align and they still appear left.
I’ve chosen Right Align and they still appear on the left.

Also your homepage checkbox under “Display button on”, doesn’t work. I left this unchecked and the icon appeared on my homepage…but I’ve eliminated it with this code I found:

I’d appreciate your help.
