Print individual records?

Michael (or anyone), how to
1. print out individual records
2. formatted independent of theme formatting?

The formatting is so the records can each be printed on 8 1/2 X 11 inch paper.

Context:
We were able to do this on Joomla using Chronoengine’s and ChronoFroms & ChronoConnectivity. Now we’ve migrated site to WordPress.

Cuurently on the Joomla site the admin assistant logs into to a page in Admin to view and retrieve submitted records with private data which are formatted so she can print and fax each record.
