Print Job Application to PDF add-on – printing random employer at top of r eport

    We just purchased the print application to PDF for simple job board

    It works and prints all the information, but it is printing a random employer name and address at the top of the report.

    This is what it it printing:

    ALTERNATIVE CONCEPT CARE SERVICES
    4811 MONROE HWY
    BALL. LA 71405
    OFFICE (318) 640-7422
    FAX (318) 640-7472

    That is not our company name or information

    How can we get that removed?
