Print Label – 404 Not Found

    Hi,

    We have a problem that Print Label throws a 404 error from WordPress, but can print successfully when logging in to mydpd.
    Any idea why we get a 404 error and how can we fix it?

    Hello, @csillamolnar 404 clients sometimes getting 404 error because of a few things. One thing is that you need to try re-save permalinks settings. You just need to go settings -> Permalinks; select default settings and try to save it. And after saving that try to select previous settings that you had before saving defaults. Also don’t forget update all of your plugins and themes especially WooCommerce and our plugin. And i recommend having PHP version 7.4. if you getting this error anyway let us know.

    Hello again,

    We tried to re-save permalinks, but printing label still not working. With plugins we are up-to-date.
    Anything else we could try?
