Print not clear

Thank you for reaching out to us. This is very strange, we have never seen this result occur.

A few quick questions to help us better understand:

– Did you try using the custom width of 78mm or standard width of 80mm? What was the result of these sizes? Can you add those screenshots? And a screenshot of the tickets that print correctly? We suspect maybe the smaller width is causing characters not to print correctly.

– Did you try using the HTML output format? What was the result?

– Can you share with us the printer and model you are using?

This information will help us better understand and troubleshoot the issue for you.

I experience exact the same issue. Im using a new Epson TM-T20iii thermal label printer.

When using the HTML output it doesn’t work at all anymore. It did work, but when it worked it printed mostly outside the label.

Also tried changing the width and character size. Didn’t have any effect.

(P.S. I’ve read somewhere this issue can occur with cloud printing in general)

Yesterday, we released a new update to the plugin, version 4.0.18. Go ahead and update to this new version.

This update should improve the layout for the HTML output. Let us know the results, if you could also include a screenshot of the physical printed receipt, this would help us with continued optimizations for layout improvements.
