Print not working

  • When we try to print a recipe with the print button, it redirects to the 404 page and will try to print the 404 page.

    Good to know:
    – We’ve already tried flushing the permalinks as mentioned in another post on this forum. Unfortunately it didn’t work.
    – The website uses Divi.

    Any idea what might cause this? Thanks in advance!

    Hello @kuusou

    What method do you use to add recipes to your Divi pages? Can you try by adding the shortcode that you can copy from the All Recipes page?

    The recipes are added to blogposts which are formatted using the regular WordPress editor.

    When the shortcode is used it still redirects to the 404 page unfortunately.

    @kuusou Please update the plugin to the latest version. This should fix the issue.

    We updated the plugin to the latest version but unfortunately the issue remains.

    @kuusou I think you changed or translated the ID of the recipe card block from “wpzoom-recipe-card” to “receptkaart,” and this is causing the issue.
