    Hi,

    Its auto hiding orientation select box automatically when we open print page. Is this a
    wordpress version issue or plugin version issue?

    My current version of plugin is 4.7.2

    The site i am working a very old site and i made many changes in functionality of it, so I will not be able to update the plugin or wordpress.

    So please let me know if there are changes that can make in plugin.

    Thank You.

    This was an issue on Edge browsers that was resolved in version 1.7.10.
    Have you tried updating the plugin to the latest version? You can always downgrade if it does not work.

    Wait, what do you mean by orientation select box? Do you mean the browser’s print dialogue box where the page can be printed in landscape or portrait mode?

    @twinpictures yes exactly. Its auto hiding when printing the page.
    Also sometimes it doesn’t shows up. In addition to that, when I write css in print-o-matic styling for orientation its not getting applied.

    For Example:
    @page { size: A3 landscape; }

    This is to set page orientation, but print preview still comes in portrait orientation.

    ok. the browser dialogue box is not something that can be changed from a plugin. It’s part of the browser that is software that sits on the client’s computer or device.

    But maybe we are not fully understanding the issue. Can you share a link so we can see what exactly you are dealing with? Which browser are you using? Does this happen in different browsers on different computers?
