Print Page with User Filled pdf

  • I am trying to put a fillable pdf on a page and then allow the user to fill it out and email it to me.

    I have a couple of problems. First I am running WordPress version 5.1.4 and cannot upgrade because my host cannot upgrade my php past version 5.5.9-1ubuntu4.26 right now.

    How can I get the pdf, once it is filled out, to be emailed to me. I can get it to download and print. The contact form 7 plugin will work, but I want the actual pdf to be displayed for the user to fill out.

    I can get it on the page and it is fillable, but only options are print and download. Any help with this?
