print.css for Lovecraft Theme

Hi,

Anybody out there who has worked with a print.css and this great theme?

If I do understand things right, the style.css seems to have some parts that block/override some parts in the print.css (which I only use for articles/single pages). right or wrong? any soluctions?

e.g. if you add

#header:before {
content: "Your Text";
}

there is no change in the print sheet.
any hints and help is appreciated.
