Printer error message

    Hi,

    I’m trying to setup a printer for my client and i keep getting this error everytime i try to print: id was called incorrectly. Order properties should not be accessed directly. Backtrace: Zprint\Printer::Zprint\{closure}, Zprint\Printer::rawPrintOrder, Zprint\Printer::printTemplates, array_map, Zprint\Printer::Zprint\{closure}, WC_Abstract_Legacy_Order->__get, wc_doing_it_wrong.

    I’m on iis, its the latest version of wordpress but i have no idea what that error log means…

    Sorry, fixed the above error but now im getting this and still no printing PHP Warning: array_map(): Expected parameter 2 to be an array,

    We suspect the print failures might be related to the printer settings you configured on the location of the printer, please review this help forum post on tips and tricks for reviewing and configuring the settings for printer models:
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/troubleshooting-errors-or-print-failures/, each printer models require different settings and it takes some trial and error to find the right settings for successful printing to occur.

    If the issue persist, please re-open the support forum post, we will need the WooCommerce Status logs to continue troubleshooting the error, under WooCommerce Status, Logs. In the drop down, any logs related to zPrint. Copy the logs and send to us. Also, send us PHP logs with references to zPrint. We’d be happy to review any errors generated in the logs by the plugin to help identify the issue for you.
