Printer Integration

  • I have a new restaurant also and there are many plugins and features to help make Woocommerce present your business online.

    But if you want to take orders from your website then let me tell you; getting this printer to print tickets from WC is the most important part of it!

    So focus on this part first before investing in any paid plugins. Once your printer is up and running you can then test it with various WC addons/plugins.

    This week I finally connected the printer to WC but I’m still having an issue where it does not print immediately. I had a customer come in to pickup their order but we did not know about it and he had to wait 20 more minutes. The ticket printed an hour later!

    @lostbuddha We aren’t able to guarantee integration with any third party plugins, although we will always do our best to help you get up and running.

    Depending on your requirements, there may be other ways to integrate CloudPRNT printers with your site, for example if you are in the EU then I can also offer an email based integration option, which gives almost perfect integration with third party plugins.
