• I bought a Printer model “mc-Print2” and connected everything to my router. CloudPrint was enabled in the dashboard of the printer and I entered the webhook URL. Unfortunately in the Plugin-Settings in WordPress it doesnt show up the printer. It shows just “No printer found”

    What can I do now?

@digitalcreed The most likely cause of this is that your hosting provider has quite strict https security requirements. If your printer has firmware earlier than version 3.0, then this is almost certainly the cause.

Please try updating your printer firmware to version 3.0 or later, which adds support for stronger https security. The easiest way to do this is using the Star “mC-Print Utility” app that is available in the Google Play, or Apple App stores.

@digitalcreed Did the firmware update resolve the “no printer found”?
