• I’m setting up a ecommerce store wit woocommerce and I want to connect my Printful account.
I followd all the steps profided by Printful, bet every time I want to connect next error appears:

Could not open Woocommerce authorization page (HTTP error 403). Make sure https://artandpostershop.timfotografie.com/wc-auth/v1/authorize is accessible.

I tried everything I read on the internet to solve this problem, but nothing works. (Reinstalling, disactivating other plugins, etc).

What can I do to make the connection?

Thank in regards for your help,

    Tim

  • Hey, Tim! The 403 Error is usually given when your storefront web host has some additional security measures applied to the server. This can also be caused by a security plugin you use on your website, so please disable the plugin and try again!
Lastly, since the issue is coming from your hosting’s side, we would kindly advise contacting them if the aforementioned steps don’t work.

would be nice if printful disclosed what php version they currently run on as thats probably your problem and im getting tired of looking for the info everywhere on the internet….

I cant even get it installed as I am getting a
“The plugin does not have a valid header.” just trying to activate it….

ah the answer was simple. dont ACTIVATE from the find new plugins area. install and then go to your installed plugins and install from there.
