    Hello,

I am trying to link my printful store to WooCommerce on my website (word press)

When trying to add items, i get an error message that says
“ invalid response from your WooCommerce store. Please make sure your site is working and no plugins are blocking WooCommerce API access”
    Code: G355327864

It was suggested that i deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce to see if the error still appears. I did that and still received this message.

  • Hello,

I am having the same issue here.

I also talked to my hosting provider (Asura hosting) and they said that they checked everything from their side.

But I still don’t have a solution and I keep getting the same error message.

Looking forward to finding the solution.

Hey, it’s Katherine from Printful here. This error usually means that something on your server’s side is creating connection issues, but we’re not sure what that is — that’s not something we can see from our side. It can either be an unsupported plugin, server issues, or a variety of other problems. Please reach out to your hosting provider to see if they can assist you further.

@katherineprintful I talked to my server provider and they reassured me that everything is fine from their side.

@reliford8 Did you get a chance to talk to your server provider? Were you able to find the solution?

It looks like it’s quite common issue with this plugin and I wonder if it’s possible that the problem is just with different server providers rather than the plugin itself.

My service provider says everything is fine on their side. They have tried a number of things to help resolve the issue but nothing has worked.

At this point I’m thinking something is wrong with WooCommerce but this is all foreign to me so I’m not sure. I haven’t been successful with reaching them for help.

Yeah same here and I saw on the internet that we aren’t the first ones having this issue. At this point it starts to be hard to believe that the problem is at all these different server providers.

I reached Woocommerce here very easily as well, but they are saying that because it is an integration plugin they can’t really help and that we should talk to the Printful support.

Here’s my conversation with them: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/woocommerce-prinful-sync-error/ with no solution though.

Now it starts to look like I’ll have to look for another POD service.

Ok. I found a solution that worked for me so maybe it will work for you too.

    1. My host did something to speed up the processing. When i tried it after that adjustment I still received the error message.
    2. I found a post from 2 years ago where a guy tried limiting the number of products added at one time, so I tried that and it worked. For example. I am adding t-shirts to my store. One design had the option for 10 different colors and 6 different sizes.(60 items at once) I dropped it down to 2 colors and 3 sizes (6 items at once) and it successfully added to the store. Once added, I edited the variants of the product to adjust the colors and sizes back to how I wanted them.

I don’t know if it was a combination of doing both 1 & 2 or just doing #2. I would suggest doing number 2 and seeing if it works for you.

    Good luck!

Thank you! I am getting that error when I am trying to sync the two plugins, so I don’t know if that will help me, but I’ll try to talk to my host provider one more time.

But if it will not help I will think about other plugins then.

I’m receiving this same error and received the same message from Printful as well as Woocommerce. The hosting provider SiteGround said everything is fine on their side. I’m only syncing 1 shirt with 1 color with different sizes. it should be easy because that’s just 1 product. It won’t even sync that.

Has anyone had any luck with it yet?

@katherineprintful my provider said everything is fine.

Hey, my hosting provider Asura hosting suggested moving my site to a different node and see if that would help. That however would require more technical skills from me cause I would have to do some changes in the cpanel, or something like this and I gave up.
I mean if they can’t fix the integration what would they do if there will be more issues?

I moved to Printify and so far everything was working much better. The prices and services are pretty much the same, with one difference, it’s working ??
