After updating to WP5.2 I noticed an odd looking layout in all pages/posts built with Blocks. On attempting to create a new page the Site Health message popped up and stopped me from creating a new page. The resulting email follows…

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Printful Integration for WooCommerce.

First, visit your website (https://www.harmonica123.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://www.harmonica123.com/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=page) and check for any visible issues.

Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.

If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

    https://www.harmonica123.com/wp-login.php?action=enter_recovery_mode&rm_token=SkzdaSkFlaWLgoFxVO0quB&rm_key=czB9r7nEOYqWwJ2HJ9Darb

To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.

    Error Details
    =============
An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 6 of the file /home/harmon28/public_html/wp-content/plugins/printful-shipping-for-woocommerce/includes/class-printful-rest-api-controller.php. Error message: Class ‘WC_REST_Controller’ not found

OK, now it’s got super weird.

I just activated the PrintFul plugin and checked everything was working … and it is…plus Site Health has not kicked it out!

So resolved but no idea how or why or even if there was a problem to start with …. even though Site Health did email me (see original post).

    I give up!

Thank you for the update, we’re glad to hear that it is working now!
I have forwarded all of the information you sent us to our developer team, so we can refer to this issue as we work on the new Printful plugin version.

Let us know if you encounter this issue again, or have any additional suggestions, questions or concerns, we’d love to hear from you!

    Understood.

Hi, having issues – updated wordpress and stuff’s not working now – I rebuilt my client’s site specifically for this plugin

    Hey there,

Thank you for reaching out to us!
Could you give us some additional details on the nature of the issues you’ve encountered?

Are you seeing any errors in your Printful Dashboard?

Looking forward to hearing from you! ??

yes, i see this in the dashboard:

    Something went wrong with sync.
    Last sync error:
Something went wrong! Please get in touch with our customer support.
Try to refresh data. If error persists, contact customer support.

The product is loaded on my store page, however:
    https://wailcity.com/shop/

Also i don’t see the image thumbnail in printful – should I delete and re-do the product?

Thank you for getting back to me!
I consulted on this with our developer team and they let me know that regenerating your API keys might fix this issue and the error you can see, when you access your Printful Dashboard > Stores.

Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API > Add Key > Permissions > Read/Write > Generate API key (don’t leave the description blank).
Then copy both API Key and Secret to Printful > Stores > Edit. Then go to Printful > Stores > Sync > Refresh data.

As for the product that currently appears in your Printful dashboard > Stores > Sync, I suggest removing it and adding it anew.

Let me know if this helps!
