Printful Products come over to my site as Private and NO images

    ive seen this topic in other threads but have not found a solution.
    all my printful products come up as private and no product images.
    ive tried different themes, adding and deleting plugins…right now i only have the Woo plugin, Printful plugin and using the Storefront theme. Everything updated

    Printful has been no help and they say its a Woo issue…any ideas?
    they did say might be a server issue?

    Hi @travelingdesigner,

    As a first step, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Have you tried contacting the developer of the Printful Integration plugin? Since this is not part of the core WooCommerce feature, you’d want to reach out to the developer of the plugin that connects WooCommerce and Printful.
